Since ArabicNLP 2023 is co-located with EMNLP 2023, participants interested in attending ArabicNLP 2023 will have to register through the EMNLP 2023 conference's form: https://2023.emnlp.org/registration/
For each paper, at least one author needs to register for the ArabicNLP conference as either an in-person or a virtual attendee.
You are not required to register for the EMNLP 2023 conference itself (i.e.: You can only register for the ArabicNLP 2023 conference by selecting the “Workshops December 6 & 7, 2023” option).

EMNLP issues invitation letters after the completion of the registration through the link above.
